According to the Nov. 6th 2011 issue of Forbes Magazines many of the boomers who are being cut from the work force are taking their great ides for their own business and partnering with Millennials. They are learning their ideas from experience need the expertise of the third post-modern generation to be successful. Reverse mentoring is become a valued skill on the part of Boomers who are succeeding develop business in partnership with Millennials. There has to be some parallels in churhces.
