Community is ever expanding in the way it happens. This May 22 at New Heights Boise we are learning that one of the ways church community happens most is when people serve together. When you have “served in the trenches” with someone you really learn about them.
Another way of finding community is through small groups. I have learned something about small groups. It is that they don’t usually happen until you get a leader to lead them. Often the want to – to be part of a meeting is the first step in answering a call to lead one.
Community comes from sharing families as well. To do community you will find that sharing with those who mean the most to you like your children and other family. Joining is a big part of connecting.
