					<description>I like the quote "There are three sides to every story. Yours, mine and the truth." For me, spill over happens more often than not because I have some story running through my mind that I hold as "THE truth" when in reality it is often just "MY VERSION" of the truth. The ability to be lucid about the fact that my view of things is greatly determined by the particular 'version' of the truth that I have adopted or chosen for my own reasons has for me, been the beginnning of moving towards maturity in the area you are speaking of.
