The End Result: Catalytic People

Strong churches set out to develop catalytic people:

Six – Catalytic People

These are people who bring energy and resources to the church. The ysay, “My church is going to become your church too.” They think little of having their own needs met but rather are concerned that others get their needs met. They can articulate the vision and purpose of the church. They will remain leaders even in the face of pastoral changes or other seasons of challenge. Strong churches set out as their aim to develop catalytic people. Most churches stop at the Partner level and hence do not develop a solid enough foundation to see strong growth occur. Core groups are vital but are not always self-replicating. The percentage of catalytic leaders a church has will determine the growth of a church.
