- The Power of Repetition. Boredom is one of the great negatives of our culture. We leaders get bored and want to constantly move on to the next thing. Or, we gravitate to the stimulating more than the helpful. Leadership Power comes from repeating again and again the fundamentals and vision of the group. When a leader reaches boredom the group is usually just beginning to get the picture.
