10 Ways to Feed Your Leadership Power (First Two)

They have learned what they cannot live with and begin to solve it. This anger must be spread to the group by a powerful leader for the group to be empowered. Helping others understand what the group cannot live with empowers more leaders. Passive, content groups rarely make an impact on a world that needs change.
- Learn to love the mess: Humans are messy. Jesus accepted this. Paul also accepted the messes in the churches he founded. We have trouble with the mess. There are evidences that you are handling the mess you can use to test yourself:
- Patience
- Forget whose wrong and solve it
- Avoid retreat to avoid a mess
- Expect trouble
- Act
- Anticipate the next mess
